Armstrong Preferred Members Federal Credit Union was formed in 2009 by the merger of Armstrong Employees Credit Union ( established 1960) and Preferred Members Credit Union (established 2002). This merger combined 50+ years of experience and the opportunity to serve all residents of Kankakee County.
